Hosea 9:2-4

² Threshing floor and wine press will ^(A)not feed them,
And the new wine will deceive ^[a]them.
³ They will not remain in ^(B)the land of Yahweh,
But Ephraim will return to ^(C)Egypt,
And in ^(D)Assyria they will eat ^(E)unclean food.
⁴ They will not pour out drink offerings of ^(F)wine to Yahweh;
^(G)Their sacrifices will not please Him.
Their bread will ^[b]be like ^[c]mourners’ bread;
All who eat of it will be ^(H)defiled,
For their bread will be for ^[d]themselves alone;
It will not enter the house of Yahweh.
